We are looking for a good solution to connect people

Project Requirements

The software is intended to solve several problems of the target groups, namely:

  • Simple UX/UI with a responsive view for mobile devices,
  • Multi-vendor with different booking options for services (per hour, per day, per service, request for quotation, etc.),
  • search for providers according to the customer’s location,
  • view of vendor availability (calendar connection and synchronisation) and
  • Multilingualism for both content and chat communication between customers and providers.

Our Target

We are committed to long-term cooperation. This means that we expect not only a smooth launch of the solution, but also stable support after the launch.

Must have functions for launch

  • admin can create standard services and vendors can offer their rates for each service (one item – many vendors)
  • each vendor can create their own services
  • each vendor can connect his Google or Apple calender and customers can book services only when available
  • each vendor can define the zone of service – only customers from this zone can book this service
  • Launch in 3 languages (German, English and Russian): all content is automatically translated by DeepL
  • Each vendor has an own shop with reviews, list of services and 2-3 content pages
  • Vendors, services and reviews should be approved by admin
  • Customers pay to the platform at the time of booking but can cancel or re-book the service for free by defined period of time
  • Vendors get paid after a defined period of time after service was provided (excl. provision of platform)
  • Vendors create and send invoices automatically to the customers
  • Vendor’s dashboard with orders, invoices, chats and settings
  • Customer’s dashboard with orders, appointments, chats and invoices
  • Chats are automatically translated by DeepL
  • At least one business model implemented: hourly rate
  • Vendor onboarding can be performed manually by another solution (Google forms etc.)
  • API for 3rd party apps (such as make.com or xano.com or n8n)
